Welcome to Bungalow Asio, an enchanting and welcoming fully-furnished monthly rental in Boulder, Colorado.

 

Asio was the original farmhouse for the fruit orchard formerly on this land. It is a beautifully renovated 1938 home located one mile from downtown in Old North Boulder.

 

Asio is an owner-managed, full-time rental for quality-minded travelers and those looking for a beautiful turn-key home for a longer stay. It is available as a monthly rental, vacation rental and corporate/executive rental. Per City of Boulder regulations, Asio may only be rented for a minimum of 30 days. Our bookings are managed through private leases, VRBO and airbnb.

 

Our one-story, three-bedroom bungalow has two and half baths and sleeps six to eight people comfortably. It also has high-speed fiber-optic Wifi (the fastest wifi available). Learn more about Asio's amenities.

 

The home’s interior flow and spaciousness evokes harmony, privacy and ease, while the beautifully-landscaped gardens, outdoor seating areas, patios, and porches offer a grounding respite from everyday life with Boulder’s mountains as a backdrop.

Every detail has been tended to including a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen, master suite, loft, work desk, laundry, historic and contemporary decor, accommodations for children, convenient parking, and more.

Bungalow Asio is a licensed rental through the City of Boulder: License #RHL2013-00667. Also, according to the City of Boulder's Section 9-8-5 B.R.C. 1981, the maximum number of unrelated occupants is three.
